Shipping Policy

Discreet packaging. Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is nothing on the outside of the box or mailer that indicates what is inside, and no reference to adult products. The sender shown is Sandb LLC.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. 

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Apparel is printed to order, which can add 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery estimates. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.

Shipping charges. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any promotional free-shipping threshold is shown at checkout.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

Address accuracy. Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot refund orders lost because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@stiffyandbitchy.com with your order number and we will resolve it.

Age requirement. All orders require the recipient to be 18 years of age or older.
