Return and Refund Policy

Sandb LLC, trading as Stiffy & Bitchy, wants you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when a return or refund is available.

Returns window. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Contact us at admin@stiffyandbitchy.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Condition required. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging, with all tags and inserts intact.

Items that cannot be returned. For health, hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of any intimate or personal-care product once its seal or packaging has been opened, or of any item that has been used. This exclusion applies to adult novelty products, lingerie and any body-contact item. It does not affect your rights in respect of an item that arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has shipped it is treated as a return under this policy.

Age requirement. All customers must be 18 years of age or older. Orders placed in breach of this requirement will be cancelled and refunded.
